Attendees will learn about the differences between the 505(b)(1) and 505(b)(2) regulatory pathways and how to determine the appropriate pathway for a development program. A deeper dive on the 505(b(2) regulatory pathway will provide information about which sources of data can be used to support these programs and explore examples of drug-device combination products developed via the 505(b)(2) pathway.
